* You know, I could’ve sworn I saw that Xiaomi on O2’s shop, Olga. Turns out it was the 7a! For £49/€54. A little bit different from the 8, price wise: €200/£179 … !
You know, now I come to think of it … ? A big screen’s a good thing, I think: mine’s, what, five and a half inches? Right on the borders of being too small!
Motor scooters? You know, that’s a thing … Brentwood council’s closed off the High Street: to everything except buses and deliveries. It’s causing something of a stink. It means no disabled drivers can get there …
† Morning, Trevor …
‡ It was quite something, Debbi! At any rate, I hope the day went well … ! (Sorry it’s a ten question set, Debbi: but it IS Tesla … )

By the way, I got a call and have an interview with a language school, although it seems they work on the premise of one-to-one lessons rather than big classes. I'm not sure if anything will come out of it (and I suspect it might be very occasional work if any) but at least I guess that means my CV is interesting enough to get people to call (now the school where I did my training is back and other schools are opening and it seems they are sending our CVs out). Mind you, the interview it's not until the 20th, and I'm still waiting on the official Cambridge Certificate, but something is better than nothing. I've never been fond of siestas (sleeping during the day is a no-no for me. Even when I did on-calls and was called at night, I still found it difficult) but if it works for you... Take care.

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
