Q1)Colorado became part of the USA. On 1st August of which year of the 1870s?
Q2)Colorado’s capital is Denver. What — by population — is its largest city?

Q5)Finally … ? The American Raptors are from Colorado. They played what: Rugby Union, American Football or soccer?
*Normally, I’d do a ten question set about a US state. But, as I’ve already done five about Colorado … ? I felt a shorter set was appropriate.
† All I can do now, then Olga§? Is hope it doesn’t rain when you’re out walking! Either way, can you tell Jordi I said “Hello,” please?
You know, I always think of that quote of Nietzsche’s, when people talk of evil; “Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster.” That always seems wise. And Wikiquote has a very relevant quote Leonardo da Vinci: “He who does not punish evil, commands it to be done.”
‡ Hello, Mum!
¶ Yeah … you’re geekier than you thought, Debbi§! :D Oh, have you seen the trailer for “Subspace Rhapsody”? I’m expecting Graham Chapman to turn up …
§ Did I mention I’ve got Bowie’s Blackstar LP, on? It’s one hell of an album: the man was working, right up to his death, two days after it was released!
Q4) The Shining (I am not sure if that would make it a great tourist attraction, but I guess people can be pretty special when it comes to horror... I wouldn’t mind visiting it, I must admit).
Q5) Rugby Union Great quotes indeed. In the end, the forecast had changed, and although it was cloudy this morning, there was no rain to be seen. They say that the weather will change dramatically by Thursday, but we shall see. I'll keep you posted. Regards had been sent to Jordi. Next week he is away visiting his daughter and the twin granddaughters (a big challenge for his wife and him)!
I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
