Q9)Keyboard player, the Reverend Richard Coles, is from Northamptonshire. He was a member of which band: Bronski Beat, the Communards or the Mighty Wah!?
Good on the chilly, bad on the appointment. I keep two digital calendars, but it is tricky sometimes when appointments are changed to keep everything up to date...
Austria is the first over-seas country that I had a holiday in. I flew from Gatwick airport on 13th September 1969.
I stayed at the Hotel Saalbacher Hof in Saalbach in the Austrian Tyrol.
Because at that time most Austrian airports could not take jet airliners we flew to Munich and were taken by mini bus over the border to Austria.
That day in the hotel I met Anita who a couple of years later became my wife.
I have had many holidays in Western Austria but have never been to the capital of Austria.
A number of time I have been to the city where Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was born. Just up the street where he was born is a McDonald's. Due to local laws it has a metal sign hanging outside, not the usual red and yellow sign.
I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
