Thai food … 

Yep: it was another family night out.

And, yep: at a local Thai restaurant: part off a chain called Lemongrass.

Something I have to admit I was slightly unsure of: as I’d never had Thai food.

I went with the relatively mild sounding Weeping Ang … Weeping Tiger … !

Basically?   Steak with tamarind sauce.   Kind of like a very sweet soy sauce, if you can imagine such a thing.

Hmmm … 

I THINK I was impressed: impressed enough to want to go again.

*        I’m not a big one for audio books, Olga^, it has to be said.   But I can’t see him not doing them: it’s a good source of income for a jobbing actor.   Same with adverts and video games.   Saying that … ?   Gary Oldman keeps complaining about the games he ends up voicing: there’s only so much yelling he feels he can do at a time!   (With you on the SUV front: AND they chew up parking spaces!)

†        Yeah, sorry about that, Debbi^!   Today’s should be a little easier on the hand … !   I’ve a ten question one tomorrow, if I’ve got my dates right: and a few fives, after that!   (I don’t know who’s airing the World Cup, over There: but I’ve picked up the impression — and I could be wrong! — that the Dr Who series 11 trailer will air in the UK: during the final.   Probably be the only time I’d watch a game of football!)

^        The Ford offices are about an hour’s walk away: on my legs, anyway.   Bloody horrible looking!   (They’re on the site of the old army barracks.)
