Right … I’m up early, again.

As the monthly weight management programme’s next meeting … ?

Is today.

I don’t know why it’s been shifted to Wednesday.

But suspect that — as the last two meetings have only had two other people, including my self — that a lack of people may have something to do with it.

We’ll just have to see!

Did I mention Jude — my nephew — was over, last night?

Jude was over, last night.

I think we can safely say way too much food was eaten!

But?   We can also say a video was made: of Jude’s most recent game of Fall Guys.

I wish there was a Mac version: it looks like fun.

Colin Farrell’s The Banshees of Inisherin has done well for itself.

Which is nice.

Unless you’re me.

Any use of the word, ‘banshee’ leaves me with an earworm*!

Yes: I finally got to a NHS run weight management class, yesterday.

In the afternoon.

And now have a pile of assorted bits to go with it: including a food diary.

As well as a suggestion I get checked for Diabetes.

Hmmm … 

Double checking stuff with my GP could be an idea … as I need a set of blood tests done, anyway …

Does any one remember Anne Sacoolas?   The US diplomat’s wife who ran over and killed biker, Harry Dunn, last August?   And who then fled the country, claiming diplomatic immunity?

The UK government made an official representative request: in December.

From what I can gather, the matter is now in the hands of the US government.

Who’ve described the request as ‘an abuse.’

Personally?

I get the feeling This is going to drag.

Right … 

You’ve possibly noticed something, just recently: the simple fact that I’ve had my router replaced.

The new one seems to be working well: although the real test comes when I stream some media through it.

We’ll have to see, won’t we?

At ANY rate … ?

At any rate, I’ve picked up my payslip for the week: I know how much I’ll be getting paid this week.

I think I owe a vote of thinks to the gods of overtime.

I’m also thinking of something else.

I’m thinking I’ll have enough in the bank to fund a shopping spree.

I’m thinking either a book or two or three.

Or that, considering I had more fun with them an my six year old nephew?   That a great big Marble Run would be good …
