Remember me saying — only yesterday — about having a really bad night’s sleep … ?
Lordy, that was bad: I’m sort of glad I am out of work, I would’ve had to either phone in sick, or go in … and get sent home.
It really wasn’t good.
Thankfully, I managed to get some sleep in the middle of the day: AND drink lot’s of water. That’s USUALLY the one guaranteed way to deal with short term kidney infections, which is what I think I managed to pick up.
And hopefully dealt with, for now!

* Oh, I’m starting to feel better already, Debbi! Hopefully, lot’s of sleep and tap water helped. (Funny old thing, an old friend told me, many years ago, that drinking lots of water was a good idea. Her father had sadly died of Cancer, a few weeks before, but his consultant had told her that drinking lots of water helped: it helped most of the drugs — and I’m told chemotherapy drugs are some of more powerful ones on the planet — through and out of the system.)

Quite how to do that under Windows, I’m not sure: although I’d assume Powerpoint has some similar capacities.)
