OK, I’ll admit it: I’m old enough to remember the buying frenzy sparked by both the Cabbage Patch Kids, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!

I was working in a toy shop, when the Turtles craze kicked off.

So … ?

I’m never surprised when another craze explodes.

This time?   It’s for Labubu dolls.

About the only positive thing we can say?

Is that Pop Mart, the company that makes the things … ?

Has seen its share price, rocket!

Did I mention my nephew was a fan of them, when he was younger?

I caught the first episode of Wednesday’s second season, last night.

Billie Piper puts in her first appearance as Capri: the music teacher at Nevermore Academy, and a music teacher … who’s an ex pop-star!

I hate to say it … but isn’t Billie a bit young to be getting typecast?

Facebook decided to take the link to the written version of the Teaser, down" for only the second time in a long while.

Why?

Because it was spam!

Refilling my pill box went wrong, for a start, and I had to take laundry out of, and put more laundry into, my tumble-dryer.

Well, it’s: it’s been a back to work weekend!

Which is — or was — actually quite nice.

I don’t know about you, but it’s nice to be able to enjoy yourself at work: in the midst of a bunch of friendly co-workers.

I’ve got to admit to having seen my shifts for next week.

I’m not complaining too much.

Not about the amount of hours.

But two ten hours shifts?

Is not necessarily my idea of something to look forward to!

If nothing else, though … ?

At least I put my CV into two alternative employers.
