3rd June, 2025: six questions!
Right … I’ve finally caught up with my sleep! Which is nice.
And … ? Going by the results of my weight management group, yesterday?
I’ve still not lost any: but also not gained any.
I’m plateauing, in other words.
That’s not bad: but it would’ve been nice if I’d lost a few grams!
~≈⚖️≈~
I have to admit, I actually got to the meeting, late.
Almost … !
As my TV lost its signal.
Turns out to have been an issue with the communal aerial: as others in the building lost their signals.
The repair man’s due between 12:00 and 17:00.
Which will be fun.
As I’ve also got an engineer due between 13:00 and 18:00: to upgrade my phone line and router.
I think I might need to hoover …
Let’s move on.

The Duke of York's has a lot of character. I am a fan of old cinemas, and also independent cinemas (that sometimes reuse spaces in interesting ways).
I hope the appointments work out well today. It isn't always the case, but I remember when I bought my house, I managed to book three deliveries of kitchen appliances and furniture for the same day, and it worked! I even had enough time to put together the furniture that needed it between appointments. And it saved me having to take several days off work, although I wasn't at all confident. (Mind you, two of the places were local stores rather than big companies, so that must have helped).
Thanks for the shout out, Paul!
My pleasure! I'm a big baseball fan! It's required in New York City. Old habits die hard. :)
