The Daily Teaser

You know, I’ve got to admit to having a sleepness night, last night.

I had some unwelcome news on a personal front, lets put it that way.

But what didn’t help?

Was the really sad news that Elisabeth Sladen — star of Doctor Who and The Sarah Jane Adventures — died yesterday, at the age of 63, after a battle with cancer.

That’s sad, especially coming after the equally sad news of the death of Nicholas Courtney.

After all, both of them were integral parts of my childhood, back in the 1970s.

Somehow … ?

Saturday nights won’t be the same again.
