I’m very aware the cramps I suffer with do take a while to fade: so, hopefully?

I’ll have recovered enough to head for my weight management class, today.

The one upside to the situation … ?

I’ve had a new set of Venetian blinds sitting around for a while: that I intended to use as replacements for the set over the back window.

I finally managed to install those, yesterday: in a desperate effort to distract myself from how my innards were behaving.

The fact I also cleaned my food bin … ?

Was possibly a bonus … !
