Well, there we go, there’s a couple more photo’s from Saturday: the top one is me and Tootles Sarah, looking rather fetching in pink, the second is me and Sarah’s mate Kim.

Looking equally fetching in not a lot of pink.

Hmmm …

I mite have to re-phrase that at some point, won’t I … ?

Lets move on, shall we … ?

Yesterday’s teaser saw both Kaiju and Trevor putting in their answer: and I’ve got to confess, both of them spotted the fact I’d made a bit of a typo on yesterday’s question 5.

However, it also saw Trevor bagging 6 out of 6, and and Kaiju scoring 5. (The Hobbit abuse option was a dummy one, Kaiju, so you know: but does reflect the fact the country’s having serious political debate on the subject …)

Let’s see how they — and you — do with today’s questions: here they are, along with the ‘How To’ and License

Q2) 2nd November, 1959, saw the opening of the first section of which British motorway?

Q4) 2nd November, 1913, saw the birth of which US actor … ?

Q5) In Roman Catholic — and in some Anglican traditions — 2nd November is celebrated as what … ?

A2) 29.

Q3) 1st November, 1876, saw New Zealand pass the law that dissolved what: provincial government, Hobbit abuse, or the monarchy?
A3) Provincial government.

Q4) 1st November, 1941, saw American photographer Ansel Adams take a famous of what, over the New Mexican town of Hernandez … ?
