Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 9-8-2017: The Second Bomb

What … ?

Wait, wait, wait, hang on …

What … ?

The BBC’s done what … ?

They’ve cancelled Count Arthur Strong … ?

Good GODS … !

I hate to sound whiney, here, but they’ve cancelled the Count Arthur Strong show!

OK, not wasn’t big, it wasn’t necessarily clever …

But the show was light, funny …

And had a gentleness of touch that is had to find elsewhere.

It is, much like the cancelling of The Fades, a bit of a bombshell.

Let’s move on, shall we?

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Debbi* putting in her answers: scoring five out of five in the process.

Let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?

And a thought …
“I cannot conceive that the man who dropped the bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki was a machine.”
Osho, Intimacy: Trusting Oneself and the Other.
Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.

Have a nice … day …

*        I’m with you, there, Debbi!   And, year, I managed to correct the date.   That’s what happens when you write on five hours sleep!

I know ... or at least, remember ... that feeling. :)

1. Nagasaki
2. a port
3. a B-29
4. Fat Man
5. 35,000 (and that's a conservative estimate)

This is too horrifying for me to contemplate. I need some sleep. Now! :) Ugh. What were we thinking?
