Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 11th October, 2017

Hmmm …

You’ve possibly worked it out: if you’re following me on Twitter.

I didn’t get the job I was after.

Which is … annoying: especially given it was very local.

I’ll survive: but it IS annoying.

~≈Â≈~

I actually made the announcement?

Just before — last night — I managed to catch a film: the interesting looking, Lights Out.

Hmmm …

It’s good: even down to the twist ending.

I’m just thinking I could have been better off, watching more episodes of House of Cards.

~≈Â≈~

Let’s move on, shall we?

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Olga* and Debbi† putting in their answers: with both scoring five out of five.

Let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?

Here they are, along with the How To, License and video …

Here’s yesterday’s questions and answers …

Here’s a thought …
“When your back is against the wall, there’s only one way to go and that’s forward.”
Amitabh Bachchan, born 11 October 1942.
And a song …

Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.

Have a nice day …

*        That’s always the thing that appealed about Barcelona, when we went through it, Olga: it’s fairly flat!   And I seem to recall bits of Northern England are … well, gnarly … !    (Oh, didn’t know if you saw The big speech from Carles Piugdemont, but it sounds like talks are possibly on the way… !)

‡        They’re both good, Debbi: although I was mildly annoyed the film missed out my favourite bit: the bit in the Mended Drum, where the regulars are arranging the bar fight.    It’s hysterical … !

Sorry about the job.
There are several hills around Barcelona (Montjuic, where the Olympic stadium is, is one of them) and some areas are quite hilly, but where my mother lives, in Sants, it's quite flat.
Here it is up and down. Sheffield is surrounded by seven hills, like Rome (there the similarities end, although it is not a bad place).
