Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 6th June, 2018

6th June, 2018.

Morning, all …

It’s … Wednesday … and I’m up early.

Frankly?

I’ve a long day at work, today: starting at ten.

Yes, I need the hours.

But I’m also thinking I need my sleep.

Right now?   I’m looking forward to getting home, tonight.

It means I can go back to bed.

~≈§≈~

Oh, while I’ve got your attention?

You’ve probably noticed the backgrounds I’ve used for some of the intro videos.

Today’s a version of the animated screens seen I the Matrix trilogy: turned into a screen saver for the XScreensaver collection.

Which is quite nice: at least it looks good to me.

I’m just mildly disappointed I couldn’t do the same with the screensaver based on the Lament Configuration, from Hellraiser.

It doesn’t actually move about the screen much …

~≈§≈~

Let’s move on, shall we?

At least. move about a bit more than that screen saver.

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Olga* and Debbi† putting in their answers: with both scoring five out of five.

Let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?

Here they are, along with the How To, License and video …

Björn Borg, born 6 June 1956.
And a song: becuse it’s Levi Stubbs’ birthday …

Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.

Have a good day.

*        Yes: I knew about that one, Olga.   I’m thinking I’ve got to sit down with The Man Who Laughs, at some point: as I’ve already seen Casablanca and Cabinet.   I might have to do some digging: it’s not on iTunes.   (Usually it’s great on modern films, and oddball foreign movies.).  Talking of iTunes, they’re promoting a festival call Primavera Sound: looks like it’s near you …

†        Me, too, Debbi!   Did you know John Boyega was extremely pleased?   (Bum!   Can’t find the clip where he’s told about it!)

Yes, it is, indeed, although I must confess I'm not one for music festivals (not even when I was younger). Do let me know if you manage to get hold of the film. I'm very curious...
