I’ve had a new bit of kit arrive for my Mac: a Verbatim 43888, a 4k bluray reading optical drive, one that works with specific bits of ripping software.

A4)        Basketball.   A quick Google search tells me the average height of a basketball player in 2014 — Muggsy’s last year as a professional — was 6’6”.   At not much taller than me?   Muggsy had an advantage: as he pointed out in the quote, his height allowed him to steal the ball, mid-bounce, from taller players.

Q5)        Finally … ?   Michael Heseltine resigned his Cabinet position: on 9th January, 1986.   What Cabinet position had he held?

        I’m not sure if you can get the optical drive I got — a Verbatim 43888 — in the States: but these things come in handy for archiving.   (The one on Amazon’s US page says it works with Mac OS X Cheetah.   Go look that one up!)
