Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 20th January 2025.

20th January 2025.

Yay!

It’s Monday … !

And, as ever, I’m up early!

Yes:L it’s Weight Management Day.

And, having maintained my weight, last week?

I’m hoping to have lost something.

Given it’s another cold day?

I’m expecting to lose something by shivering!

~≈🥶≈~

Let’s move on.

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Mum*, Olga† and Debbi‡ putting in their answers: with Olga and Debbi scoring five out of five, and Mum on four.

Let’s see how everyone does with today’s [insert number here] questions, shall we?

Here’s a thought …

DeForest Kelley, January 20, 1920 – June 11, 1999.
And a song …

The next ten question set on 29th January: it’s about Desert Island Discs.

Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.

Decisions about scores are final.

Thank you for coming: have a good day.

*        Hello, Mum!

I can imagine it’s tricky, Olga.   As I recall, my grandmother’s house keeping wasn’t the best, and only got worse.
        As for memories … ?   Hmmm …

‡        Hang on, Debbi: you’ve not seen Eraserhead … ?   That and The Elephant Man are possibly some of the best films ever made … !

Q1) Barcelona (yeah!). Although considering it’s a bank, perhaps not so much.

Q2) Sorry, I’d already replied. A bank

Q3) Joe Biden

Q4) Fiddler on the Roof

Q5) Mali (It says Day of the Armed Forces, but I guess…)
Eraserhead is sure weird, but I've only watched it once, I think. Somehow now it's made think of Videodrome, talking about first movies...

Actually, I have seen Eraserhead. I had a tough time watching some of it. :)

Something about the bloody chickens. And that umbilical cord looking thing. Creepy!

1. Barcelona
2. a bank
3. Joe Biden
4. Fiddler on the Roof
5. Mali

Guess what! I'll be directing my first short film. That should be interesting. :)

There's a lot of prepping to do before I dive into the deep end, fortunately.
