Tonight, Tonight

Well, there’s a thing!   A quiet one, tonight, but I can’t help but feel emotionally, a lot more satisfied with the way it went.   The Hutton has old friends as customers and that’s always reassuring.

The AKA’s walked away with the main prize, tonight, with a new team, the Dagenham Daggers coming in second, the Credit Crunchers third, and Team Smiffy fourth.   Which obviously meant Paul and co earning the T-shirt, bless him …

The bonus wasn’t won, as a minor point, which means that next week’s Hutton bonus will be worth at least £16•25.   Nice to see it getting bigger!   The question was easy – if you know the answer …

Taking inflation into account, which film  was the most expensive film ever made in black and white?  “The Longest Day”  (“Schindlers List” is now the most expensive black and white film if one excludes inflation).

I’ll post the question set used, along with the Current Affairs table round used in the mornig, but click on the link embedded into this post’s title, let me know what what you think …
