I’ve finished my review of “Homo Aqua”, the first episode of The War Between the Land and the Sea, the latest Dr Who spin-off.


Now all I need to do is persuade people to watch it.

The fact that international audiences won’t be able to see the series until January is going to affect the figures, I think.

That’s not something that will affect my nephew’s lates video, I think.

†        If I remember correctly, Debbi, ‘snooker’ was originally using in the UK’s army: to describe a rookie.   If you’d ended up snookering yourself, you’d made a rookie mistake.   And lost at least four points … …
        As I recall, Debbi, Dame Stella Rimington — the first female DG of MI5 — always said Judi Dench’s version of M was modelled on her …
