Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 5-12-2016

Right …

I THINK I need a wrench …

Remember, yesterday, my washing machine leaked: and flooded the kitchen?

I think I’ve sorted the issue out.

At least in part.

Simply by moving it away from the walls, and working the kinks out of the waste pipe.

That’s not totally stopped things.

I’m not totally free of spillages: the test wash I did last night left some dampness.

But, at least, I got the worst of it sorted for the moment.

Now …

Does anyone have a monkey wrench … ?

~≈Á≈~

But let’s move on, shall we?

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Olga* and Debbi† putting in their answers: with both scoring five out of five.

Let’s see how everyone does with todays questions, shall we?

Here they are, along with the How To, License and video …

Q1) 5th December, 2014, saw NASA perform a test launch of its newest manned spaceship.   That type of ship is named after which constellation: Orion, Pisces or Aquila?

Here’s yesterday’s questions and answers …

I’ll leave you with this thought …
“I only hope that we never lose sight of one thing — that it all started with a mouse.”
Walt Disney, December 5, 1901 – December 15, 1966.
And this tune …

Have a nice day …

*        Well, I’ve sorted out PART of the problem, Olga!   Good ol’ fashion kinks in the pipe-work.   Couldn’t tell you where the filter: but I think there’s a few tutorials on YouTube.   (I think a lot of people use the name, Crowley, for something: it’s taken from Aleister Crowley, the notorious occultist.   Odd chap, Aleister … )

†        Oh, THAT it is, Debbi!   I actually wouldn’t mind having an Enigma machine on my shelf: or one of the Lorenz ones.   It’d make for a nice talking point.   (You were right, first time, Debbi: the answer was the Black Panther Party.)

I had the washing machine booklet somewhere. The filter was in a little compartment at the bottom, under the door...Good to know it's better. The neighbours upstairs had a problem with the drains and of course, yes, the patio was drenched...
