The Daily Teaser …

Tsh, tsh, Kaiju: I’m a rabid Apple fan!

But anything that replaces Windoze, I‘m happy with. I usually tend to hand out copies of Ubuntu if I offer to switch people.

Long story, just so everyone else knows … !

At any rate, lets get moving on, shall we … ? I’d hate to bore anyone.

Ahem

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Trevor and Kaiju putting in their answers, and both of them scoring 5 out of 5: it also saw Trevor putting in a few quotes from Aleister Crowley, and Kaiju mentioning some technical tweaks he’s making to his phone.

Hence my opening remarks, today.

A4) Bali.

Q5) And finally … The United Nations declared 12th October to be the Day Of the Six Billion, the day that saw the 6 billionth person born on the planet: but in which year … ?

“A lot of people say to me, 'Why did you kill Christ?' I dunno, it was one of those parties, got out of hand, you know.”

“Communism is like one big phone company.”

“I hate small towns because once you've seen the cannon in the park there's nothing else to do.”

“Satire is tragedy plus time. You give it enough time, the public, the reviewers will allow you to satirize it. Which is rather ridiculous, when you think about it.”

“The liberals can understand everything but people who don't understand them.”

“The role of a comedian is to make the audience laugh, at a minimum of once every fifteen seconds.”

For the record... I've bumped alone with Ubuntu off and on since it was first introduced. It's not installed now only because it's the laptop I'm using and I'm lazy. (Using AMD 64-bit, using the stock setup). If and when I ever finish the Super Desktop that's sitting here collecting dust and cat hair, I'll dual-boot Windows and Ubuntu. What can I say? It's a process. heh...
