Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 20th July, 2023.

20th July, 2023.

Right …

It’s Thursday.

Which means … ?

Bar the the usual walk around the block?

It’s going to be a quiet day.

However?

It’s pay day, tomorrow.

Which means I can do stuff.

Let’s move on, shall we?

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Olga*, Mum† and Debbi‡ putting in their answers: with everyone scoring five out of five.

Let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?

Here they are, along with the How To, License and video.

Here’s a thought …

“I don’t think goodness is something that you learn.   If you’re left adrift in the world to learn goodness from it, you would be in trouble.”
Cormac McCarthy, July 20, 1933 – June 13, 2023.

And a song …

Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.

Decisions about scores are final.

Thank you for coming: have a good day.

*        You know, I wouldn’t’ve minded seeing it, myself, Olga.   Cumberbatch has a very good reputation, as does Miller.   Did you know they’ve both played contemporary versions of Sherlock Holmes?   Apparently, in Lee’s version, Watson’s a woman, played by Lucy Liu: and hired to try and keep him off the cocaine.   (Oh, and Miller once dated Angelina Jolie: who he met on the set of Hackers.)
Oh, very true, Olga!   And that’s a very good way of putting it, too!   There’s also that old saying about confession being good for the soul springs to mind, too.   Saying it was a problem for me, helped calm things down!   (It’s possibly why 12 step groups work: they encourage you to talk.)

        Hello, Mum!

Aren’t they just, Debbi?   And they’ve unveiled the 14th Doctor’s screwdriver, as well.   It’s got knurling.   Oh, and there’s a package on route … !
