Did I mention I have an iffy knee?
It is — I’m told — a touch of osteoarthritis: so I’ve got a set of exercises to do.
Yes, before you ask: I was mildly sceptical; but these do seem to help, somewhat.
Whether they’ll make any difference to my weight?
We’ll have to see!
Let’s move on, shall we?
Yesterday’s Teaser saw Olga*, Trevor† Mum‡, Debbi^ and Edithª putting in their answers: with Olga and Trevor scoring five out of five, Debbi on four, and Mum and Edith on two.

And a song …
Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.
Feel free to share today’s video Teaser.
Have a good day.
* Wikipedia’s the bane of a quiz writers life, Olga: and possibly their biggest asset! So long as you keep an eye on the edits! (Trevor’s mentioned the occasional change in format, as well.)
But, yes: the Chernobyl disaster was a mess. I came away from the TV series — and the bits of reading I’d done on the event — thinking so much of it could have been avoided. But that firefighter’s death … ? Seemed symbolic of the whole thing. We can at least be thankful that DNA damage hasn’t been passed to survivors’ children.
I can only hope everyone’s learnt from it: and that the plants at Sellafield don’t go up in a similar way.
† Yeah: they keep changing them, Trevor? I prefer the usual format: it’s easier to scroll through. And you’ve reminded me to keep an eye peeled on the station car park: the boot sales there used to be quite good.
‡ Hello, Mum!
^ Yeah: people keep mentioning that, Debbi!
ª Oh, blimey, Sheena Easton! I’ve not seen something of hers for years, Edith! Did you know she got her start on a show called The Big Time? It was a cross between a documentary and a reality TV show. And her episode’s on YouTube!

Oh, Anna sent me a message telling me she thought her English test had gone very well. Fingers crossed she is right! There is one more unit left and a few more exams until the end of the course, but I hope she does well overall.
Keep up with the exercises. I'm pleased you feel some improvement. Diet is much more important for weight loss than exercise, as you know, but exercise has many benefits not only for physical but also for mental health, so it's definitely worth persevering with.
That’s a thought, Olga, as we’ve mentioned Chernobyl … have I mentioned that one of my favourite authors was a press officer for Calder Hall power station?
