I’ve just spent an entertaining twenty minutes or so, reading through part three of The Arc Of Truth on Adam Whitehead’s The Wertzone.

Fascinating stuff, for me as a science-fiction fan, and beautifully written, too.

Kind of inspiring, I wouldn’t mind being able to write as well, myself.

Actually, I always think of founding Dr Feelgood member, Wilko Johnson: he’s just as inspirational a rhythm guitarist. In a slightly different way. I always used to see him play, and think “Ooh, I could do that … ”.

And then you realise his regular bassist is fellow Blockhead, Norman Watt-Roy. Who always made think that, however long I lived, I’d never be THAT good at something!!!

But enough, already! Let’s move on, shall we?

Yesterday saw Andy, bless him, get the official First-In-Clap, with both he and Andrea getting five out of five: Andrea, bless her, bagging the Quote of the Day, and Andy getting the literary nod!
