I’ve had Sophie Ellis Bextor’s Murder on the Dance Floor banging around my head for a couple of days, now.

Why it started?

I’m blowed if I know!

Still, it could be worse.

It could’ve been The Name Game … 

I had that going around my head for a month and a half!

I have to say, while I was writing my review of yet another episode of For All Mankind, last night?

The sad news that actor and producer, Kirk Douglas, died floated across my timeline …

My thoughts are with his family.

Along with the admission that — much to my shame — I’ve never actually seen a Kirk Douglas movie.

I might have to do something about that: although it does seem a touch late …

The Daily Teaser — 15-8-2013: Thursday

It’s official: it’s Thursday.

And … ?

Well, for starters, it’s also officially rather cloudy.

To the point where, when I look out of my front room window, this morning, I couldn’t help but notice the sky.

It was grey.

Quite a nice shade of grey.   Almost attractive.

But none the less … grey … 

And not exactly the colour you’d expect, given we — just last month — had the hottest July we’d seen in years.

Cie le vie.

One can only hope this means we can a mild winter.   Somehow, I have doubts …
