Hmmm … well …
That’s a handy thing to find out …
Or possibly jaw dropping, considering the price attached to one piece of news I saw!!
At any rate, Allison popped in on me, this morning, and in-between Facebooking, I found that Ubuntu’s got a handy little feature called Computer Janitor!
Which is designed to clean-up your system.
Something that, obviously, one has to be careful with, as, obviously, we don’t want to delete anything important.
But none the less, something that strikes me as a handy little app to have on-board.
And not something I’ve seen specifically built in to OS X, although there are such things as AppDelete — which has been around for years — which let you do similar things. (AppDelete works by trashing a given application and the associated files, folders and caches. And all of the preferences lists.)
Either way, these seem to be handy little functions that would — with care — come in useful.

Right, now, before I sign off, I will mention that I also had my jaw hit the deck, this morning, when I saw this week’ edition of “Click”.
It seems well known peripherals maker, Kingston, has announced it’s going to be released the word’s biggest flash memory stick, the DataTraveller 300.
With a capacity of 256 gigabytes.
You’ll forgive quoting David Tennant, as the Doctor, at this point, won’t you?
“What?! WHAT??!!”
That’s a mind-boggling size, for a flash memory drive, even if, as Kingston have said, it’s both aimed at video professionals, and only available as a build-to-order option.
With a mind boggling price!!

I love it when people comment. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively adult. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
If you can also leave you comments on today’s Teaser Video, that would be good.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
