Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 16th December 2025.

16th November, 2025.

Right then … I am expecting to have a quiet day, today: happily making videos.

And — possibly — getting some sleep: I was up, late, babysitting my nephew.

Who was interested to that games company, Valve, has introduced its own games console: one that doubles up as a regular PC.

Albeit one running SteamOS, rather than Windows.

We’ll have to see if that catches his attention …

Let’s move on.

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Mum* and Debbi† putting in their answers: with Debbi scoring five out of five, and Mum scoring four.

Here’s a thought …
“A lot has been said about us baby boomers, mainly because most of us are still alive. Humans on the whole have never lived as long and as healthy as us, nor been as wealthy and active.”
From “Where were you when JFK was shot?”, by Bonnie Greer, born 16 November 1948.
A song …

And a cheesy Dutch, Girl band … !

The next ten question set is on 5th December: it’s about The Great Smog!

Your comments will be published, tomorrow morning.

Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.

AI is avoided, when writing these questions.

Answers are as accurate as possible: at the time of writing.

Decisions about scores are final.

Thank you for coming: have a good day.

*        Hello, Mum!   (It was Brazil, Mum, not North Korea!)

Unbelievably, I managed to put together a rough cut of the footage. Not bad considering I have the barest minimum of skills in video editing. And Final Cut Pro. :) But I am learning.

1. World War Two
2. the Sicilian Mafia
3. galaxy (but it's actually a globular cluster)
4. Anthony Blunt
5. Atlantis
