6th November, 2026: And Then There Were None.
Right …
If anyone’s found this link from Instagram — some of my reels are doing well — I’ll say this: “Thank You For Coming!”
It’s always nice to get new readers.
Feel free to take part in the Teaser: just make sure you read the rules, and leave a social media link!
At any rate … ?
Please remember that using TorBrowser to visit torrent tracking sites, then using a BitTorrent client — Transmission is good, I’m told — to download files from those sites, is illegal, morally objectionable, evil, naughty and wrong.
So don’t do it … !

Did I mention it’s been chilly, over the past few days?
At least, compared to recent summers?
It’s been chilly, over the past few days: compared to recent summers … … …
Obviously, I’ve been out and about: in long sleeves, I should add!
And pants, trousers and a coat, I should add.
And shoes, obviously.
I digress.
Have you heard a variation on the phrase “It feels like it wants to rain/snow/be windy”?
I’ve heard dozens of versions.
And have been using a version, myself: because?
Because, for a couple of days. it’s felt like snow.
It turns out there’s a reason for that.
According to this article from the BBC, we’ve been experiences an SSW, a sudden stratospheric warming.
Which means we are likelier to get snow in the eastern parts of the UK.
I’m looking forward to the next payday.
I might just need a winter coat.
Let’s move on.
Yesterday’s Teaser saw Mum* and Debbi† putting in their answers: with both scoring five out of five.
Let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?

And a song …
The next ten question sets are on 8th, 10th, 19th, 25th, 29th November and 6th December: they’re about Monty Python’s Life of Brian, All Quiet on the Western Front, Quatermass and the Pit, Journey to the Centre of the Earth, the Grand Ole Opry and The Wicker Man.
Your comments, and today’s answers, will be published in tomorrow’s Teaser.
AI is used to suggest themes for some dates: but avoided when writing the questions.
Answers are as accurate as possible, at the time of writing.
Decisions about scores are final.
Thank you for coming: have a good day.
* Hello, Mum! It was 1605 and Anonymous, Mum, rather than 1607 and Honker Union. Oh, be careful with question 5, today: the choices are “Indians”, “Sailors” or “Soldier Boys”!!!!!!!
† Enjoy them, Debbi! Did mention I’ve got all of Hartnell’s surviving episodes? The set adds up to a smidgeon over one hundred gigabytes. Part of me wants the remaining ones to not be found: I’m running out of space …
I’ve had that mask on my wall for a few years: getting it seemed appropriate.
There’s another ten question, written: but I’ve included in the usual list.
(Oh, be careful with today’s fifth question: you can see why they changed it … twice!)

I love it when people comment. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively adult. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
If you can also leave you comments on today’s Teaser Video, that would be good.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
