*        Ha!   I wish, Olga: my kitchen could do with new worktops!   And you’re right: they DEFINITELY changed the criteria.   I can understand why: the government’s trying to keep expenditure down.   But, having got the award one year, but not the next?   We have a government that says it wants to help those on low incomes … looks really hypocritical.
