Did I tell you I’m not usually a fan of Marvel movies?

I tend to prefer DC films: Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, what-have-you.

But I did know there’s a new Marvel movie: Fantastic Four: First Steps, one that’s been recently released.

A film that got released on 25th July, of this year.

What surprised me — but shouldn’t — is simply how quickly it’s wound up on Pirate Bay … !

Apparently, the studio live-streamed it … in an effort to combat piracy*.

That worked … … … … … … …

Let’s move on.

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Mum†, Olga‡ and Debbi§ putting in their answers: with everyone scoring five out of five.

Let’s see how everyone does with today’s ten question set, shall we?

Here it is, along with the How To, License and video.

Q1)        27th July is Norfolk Day.   Norfolk is a county, where: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales?

Q2)        It’s a what: ceremonial county or administrative county?

Q3)        As it’s that kind of county, it’s got a what: Governor General, Lord Lieutenant or High Theocrat?

Q4)        Norfolk is also a non-metropolitan county.   As such, it’s run by a county council. Which county council?

Q5)        What’s Norfolk’s country town: Morley Saint Peter, Norwich or Ostend?

Q6)        BBC Radio Norfolk is broadcast on BBC Sounds, DAB, AM radio, and FM radio.   ‘FM’ stands for frequency … what?

Q7)        Great Yarmouth is in Norfolk.   It’s had a what, since 1802: a town hall, a life boat station or a website?

Q8)        Sandringham House is in Norfolk.   The Grade 2 listed building is one of whose residences: King Charles 3rd’s, Mack Jagger’s or the British Prime Minister’s?

Q9)        BeWILDerwood is an adventure park in Norfolk.   It’s based on children’s books by whom: Tom Blofeld, Fred Drax or John Scaramanga?

Q10)        Finally … ?   Pablo Fanque was born in Norfolk: in 1810.   A poster for his circus inspired which Beatles tune: “Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite!”, “Strawberry Fields Forever” or “All You Need Is Love”?
Here’s yesterday’s questions and answers …

Q1)        26th July saw the birth of Carl Jung.   In which year of the 1870s?
A1)        1875.

Q2)        In which European country?
A2)        Switzerland.

Q3)        He founded analytical what: analytical psychology, analytical psychiatry or analytical psychotherapy?
A3)        Analytical psychology.

Q4)        He treated Rowland Hazard 3rd for what: alcoholism, heroin addiction or nicotine addiction?
A4)        Alcoholism.   (Jung’s treatment of Hazard is one of the events that led to the formation of Alcoholics Anonymous.   Jung’s supposed to have told Hazard that the only way he could cure himself was to “… get God”: I believe twelve-step groups stress spirituality as a part of recovery as a result of that advise.)

Q5)        Finally … ?   Jung did a lot of work on what: archetypes, stereotypes or prototypes?
A5)        Archetypes.
Here’s a thought …
“It borders Lincolnshire and The Wash to the north-west, the North Sea to the north and east, Cambridgeshire to the west, and Suffolk to the south.”
From the Wikipedia entry on Norfolk.
And a song by Norfolk-born singer, Cathy Dennis …

The next ten question set will be the Left-hander’s day quiz on 13th August.

Please mention the day to left handers you meet.

Comments will be published, tomorrow morning.

Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.

Decisions about scores are final.

Thank you for coming: have a good day.

*        So far, the people behind 28 Years Later have only released the film to cinemas: I’m assuming that’s in an effort to stop piracy.
That hasn’t stopped bootleggers sneaking into a cinema showing with a GoPro or a camera phone, recording the thing, then uploading the results to torrent tracking sites.   The trick’s been around for a while.

        Hello, Mum!

        Very true, Olga, very.
If nothing else, though?   The trailers seem suitable silly: and the posters are suitably daft.

‡        Hello, Mum … !

§        You’ll have a breather, for a about a fortnight, Debbi: the next one’s the Left-handers day quiz, on the 13th!

They do. We'll have to wait and see. And you're right. It seems almost impossible to release a film without it quickly finding its way to pirate websites.
