Luck

Well, it’s Tuesday, again, and, as I write this, I’m starting to feel the usual start of the usual stage fright.   Stage Fright, would you believe?   It still surprises me that, after running pub quizzes for the past five years or so, I still get nervous!

Still, if I didn’t want to do it, I wouldn’t, so no-one’s to blame, but me.

Believe it or not, I Love it!

On top of that, though, I’m also worrying, quite a bit, about Allison, my partner’s who’s got a bit of a big day, tomorrow.   Still, that’s the breaks!

Halloween Pub Quiz Posters

Just thought I’d put this lot up.   Just so you know, these are the posters for this year’s Halloween quizzes, at both the King Harold, and the Hutton, in Hutton.   Funnily!   I’m actually looking forward to these; – the Halloween quizzes have become my signature, over the years, and – as my regulars will probably tell you – I get to my impersonation of an evil minded sod.  *Cackles evilly*

Gotta confess, I managed to track down Delia Derbyshire’s first album.   Fascinatingly strange stuff to hear; – a very odd mix of 60’s psychedelia, if you’ll excuse the unintentional pun, and electronica.   Go google for it, r look it up on iTunes, it’s worth a listen.

Oh WOW!   I’ve just checked PaulsQuiz.com/ and found they’ve accepted some of my science questions.    That’s made a great start for my day!
