I think we can safely say ‘Congratulations’ to Andy Murray!
After what was, I’m told, quite a match. I don’t know if I could give you blow by blow analysis of the thing: I was over at my family’s — who are, for the most part, rabid tennis fans, and glued to it — mowing the lawn.
Oh …
And once my nephew, Jude, got back with his mum — my younger sister, Ruth — I think we can safely say the Murray match went out of the proverbial window.
Bless him, Jude was more concerned with a couple of things he’d learnt to do, while he’s been out and about. For starters, he decided kicking a ball about with Mummy and Uncle was the thing to do in the sunshine.
Only after he’d put sun lotion on everyone. Bless him … !

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Debbi* putting in her answers. Along with mentioning the article on time travel I’d given her a link to, she also scored four out of six.
Let’s see how she — and you — do with today’s questions, shall we?

I’ll leave you with this quote from Torchwood and Frankie star, Eve Myles …
“The first experience I've had of doing something supernatural and something alien was playing Gwyneth in Doctor Who, where my character was taken over in séances, and that was all CGI. You've either got to go for it 100 per cent or not bother doing it at all, because if you don't believe in it, no one else is going to.”Eve Myles, born 8th July, 1978
And — as a nod to Arctic Monkey, Jamie Cook — this tune …
Enjoy the sunshine …
* Well, I do like to make an effort on these things, Debbi. (Actually, the film I link to is quite a watch: all done by physics students.)

1. Men in Black and Sons
2. Voyager?
3. Kazanistan
4. The one where broke people jump off the Wall (the Pink Floyd album?)
I thought it was New York; they have skyscrapers that would make very satisfactory places for suicide jumpers.
5. Aliens. They'd better be; it's the only answer I have any confidence in.
That girl's got the same DOB as Michael.
I'm glad to see Jude has his priorities right - who wants tennis when a boy can play footie?
