OK …
I’ll admit to have a rough few days: almost — but not quite — walking away from a job I actually like.
Thankfully, I haven’t: although I have managed to wangle some time off.
Although not a pay rise: which could’ve been handy …
At any rate? A couple of days off … ? Means cashing in the ticket, buying a takeaway pie and chips, listening to Jean-Michel Jarre’s Revolutionsalbum …
… as it returns, stylistically to his earlier, Oxygène.
Although with something of a French Algerian feel to it. Possibly Arabian: as his father, Maurice, composed the music for Lawrence of Arabia.
I could go on for hours, couldn’t I … ?
I could …
But won’t … as I wanted to tell you I’ve taken the chance to do two things.
One? Post up today’s Teaser: I’m left handed so, given it’s Left hander’s day, a themed seemed appropriate.
And, yes, you’re right about the second thing.
Surprised … ?
Possibly not.

Episode 6 — The Adversary — carries on the multi layer maze that is the first series.
Hoping in and out of the park’s usually hidden engineering section, Maeve (Thandiwe Newton) mangoes to persuade Felix (Leonardo Nam) to show what the back stage areas of the park.
Whilst the Man in Black (Ed Harris) and Ted (James Marsden) continue to try and trace Wyatt.
Having a confrontation with Union soldiers on route.
Bernard (Jeffrey Wright) and Theresa (Sidse Babette Knudsen) have a lot to talk about: and decided their affair cannot continue.
What Bernard knows, but Theresa doesn’t? Is the filthy little secret Dr Ford (Anthony Hopkins) has hidden in Sector 17.
And Felix’s colleague, Sylvester (Ptolemy Slocum), tries blackmail: after finding out Felix has been showing Maeve things she really shouldn’t be shown.
It’s only the Park’s best known Madam talks Felix And Sylvester into boosting her abilities?
They find they’re not the only ones doing some reprogramming.

Now …
Surprising?
That I’m watching another episode, as I have the chance?
Shouldn’t be.
This series has had some serious money thrown at it.
Wisely spent money, I should ad.
It’s showing up in the quality of writing, setting AND acting that I can only appreciate.
Frankly?
I’m keeping watching …
