Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 27th February, 2018

27th February, 2018.

OK, the Beast from the East … ?

Right now … ?

Right, my street has a light dusting of very light frost.

That’s lightly sticking around in the very light snow.

That’s not to say there’s not going to be problems.

Right now, parts of Kent are snowed under, Lincolnshire’s looking bad, and there’s sub-zero temperatures predicted for tonight, here in Essex.

Frankly?

The sooner this weather eases, the happier I’ll be.

Let’s move on, shall we?

With Olga in Wales, yesterday’s Teaser saw Debbi* putting in her answers: scoring four out of five in the process.

Let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?

Here’s a thought …
“There can be no place in a 21st-century parliament for people with 15th-century titles upholding 19th-century prejudices.”
Paddy Ashdown, 27 February 1941.
And a tune …

Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.

Have a good day!

*        Right at the moment, Debbi?   I’m going to have issues, I think.   The trains FROM work have cancelled, none of my family can do me a lift … and at least one taxi firm can’t guarantee it’ll be open long enough to get me home … !   Moving to somewhere sunny might be an idea.   How’s Southern California?

Here is OK so far. I was worried as I left yesterday because it was snowing in Penistone, but it wasn't bad on the way. It has snowed in bits, but not heavily. I hope it's OK there too. Take care.
