Saying that?   The easing of lockdown means I can now met people in my back garden.

It’s a shame it’s not much of a back garden …

I’ve got Radio Four, at the moment.

The Today Programme, so you know: listening too something always seems easier, whilst I’m writing a post, than having the TV on.

They’ve announced that Saturday’s Archive on Four is called A Writer and His Country, and about the late John Le Carré: the man behind Smiley.

One little titbit they’ve revealed?

Is that — before his death, and extremely angry? — he applied for, and successfully got, Irish citizenship.

Good for him.

At any rate: that sounds vaguely like the old 3-2-1 backup thing people keep talking about.   We’re supposed to do at least three backups, on two different media, with one being offsite.   I think I’m covered … but am never sure.

†        Opening wise, Olga?   I’m looking forward to my local CeX re-opening.   I’ve a few bits I’d like to sell on: the cash comes in handy.

And Barcelona and London — which isn’t that far from me — are … well … historic!
