2nd January, 2019.
Yes: I’m up early.
Frankly?
Frankly, I have my usual meeting at the job centre.
I’m …
Well, I don’t know what I’m expecting, there.
We’ll have to see — post course — what else they can offer.

Just as a thought?
I caught Spyfall part 1, the opening episode of Dr Who’s twelfth season, last night.
That?
Was fantastic!
Just don’t watch my review, if you want to avoid spoilers!

Let’s move on, shall we?
Yesterday’s Teaser saw Olga* and Debbi† putting in their answers: with both scoring five out of five.
Let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?
Q1) 2nd January, 1967 saw the birth of Tia Carrere. Tia played Cassandra Wong in which movie franchise?
Q2) According to western Christian tradition, 2nd January is the feast of Saint Basil of Caesarea. Caesarea was in what’s called Cappadocia: which is in which modern country?
Q3) 2nd January is the date of the Nyinlong holiday. In which Himalayan country?
Q4) 2nd January is Ancestors Day. In which island republic?
Q5) Finally … ? 2nd January is one of the Feast days of orthodox saint, Seraphim. A seraphim — or seraph — is a type of what?
Here’s yesterday’s questions and answers …

Here’s a thought …
“Gentlemen, I would rather have written those lines than take Quebec tomorrow.”General James Wolfe, 2nd January 1727 – 13 September 1759, speaking to his troops, before the Battle of Quebec in 1759.
And a song …
Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.
Have a good day.
* It would be seriously worth the wait, Olga. It’s not perfect … but it is worth both the watch, and the wait. As was last night’s Dr Who! I didn’t see that one coming!
† Like I say, Debbi, it’s worth the watch! Funny old thing, a lot of the Star Wars franchise takes its cues from Dune. Oscar Isaacs, Poe Dameron? Is playing Duke Leto in the upcoming Dune movie. Now … have you seen Spyfall part 1? My LORD, but they know how to do a cliffhanger! (Don’t read my review until you do! Spoilers!)
