*      That table’s possibly worth a few bob, now, Trevor: antique pub furnishings usually are.   How much Court’s planes went for, I couldn’t tell you: but they look … um … colourful!

†        Now you mention it, Olga, it does sound good!   Dogs always seem to go rouf.   Rouf, rouf, rouf!   He says!   At ANY rate?   This article’s helpful: it’s got the various words for ‘woof,’ in different languages!   It’s got the Spanish version, but not a Catalan one.

The thought occurs, Olga … I’m assuming Raffles would be the name of the dog … in the English language version of the book?   What would be the Spanish version?

Talking of presidential?   Trump has “… parted ways with lawyers representing him in his impeachment trial in the Senate.”   It says here.   The BBC report tells us at least two of his lawyers think his defence — of alleged election fraud — is … umm … I believe the polite US term is baloney … 

Oh, about the earworm?   Glad to help!   I’ve had the complete Ingénue going through my head, ever since it turned up!   Mind you, Season of Hollow Soul is good.   (If that hasn’t been covered by a bad Emo band, something’s wrong …)

ª        Oh, crikey, I know what that’s like, Edith!   It’s partly why and try to be careful about what I eat!   I hoped it cleared up, quickly.

I hope that storm does, too!   I don’t think the UK’s had that much snow since the nineteen-seventies!
