Yes: it’s officially the day when two things are pencilled in.

Firstly?   I’ve got a Job Centre meeting with my case worker, today: rather than yesterday.

Mostly where she managed to re-schedule it: to get around yesterday’s physiotherapist meeting.

So that’s something to look forward to.

Secondly … ?

It’s Election Day: England’s voting for loads of local councils — including ones delayed from last year — Scotland’s voting for the Scottish Parliament, Wales has Welsh Send elections.

Northern Ireland has the day off … 

Frankly?   I’m going Green, again.

Although, as they’re not standing in the Police Commissioner elections?   I might just spoil my vote.

We’ll see.

As for Rene Lalique?   I’m blowed if I know what’s happening there.   No, wait: I’ve found it: I got the dates mixed up, from the Britannica entry on the man.   Typical!   Wikipedia has a different date of death: but cites its reference!   (I’ve commented on the Talk page: that might help.)

^        It’s sort of frightening, Debbi, I know that.   Oh, I’ve got season fourteen, ripping: Sarah Jane’s last, and Leela’s first.

ª        Is he, Edith?   That wouldn’t surprise me, thinking about it.   I mean … if you’re going to choreograph a fight scene, watching a Gene Kelly movie or two would be an idea: you going to get a few hints about how to choreograph something.   (Turns out Jackie sings, as well!)
