I’ve got Radio 4 on — again — and the BBC’s most civilised news bulletin has just a piece on a speech from PM, David Cameron, about how National Health Service records could be sold to pharmaceutical companies.

I’m thinking, right here and now, that that’s possibly something I’m not entirely keen on.

My doctor having my details is one thing. A big multinational having them, however commendable the reason … ?
