Well, I call it a teaspoon: or shovel, occasionally.

But it’s actually a tea infuser, according to Wikipedia.

Basically, I’ve got a spoon-like one: a perforated clam-shell like arrangement that you use in stand of a tea-bag to make a morning cuppa, with loose tea-leaves.

And, my WORD, it makes that first off cuppa taste good … !
