The Daily Teaser — 14-5-2015: The Warsaw Pact

Hmmm …

It’s — officially — Thursday.

Obviously … !

That means several things.

The first … ?   Or biggest, I should say?

Is simply that today — for me, at any rate — is the fact it’s a day, for me.

Meaning I can get stuff done around my flat, get some Teasers written: along with lining up some more Friday Question Sets.

Oh … And try to not get distracted by Star Defender … !

Ho HUM … !!

~≈†≈~

But let’s move on, shall we?

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Debbi putting in her answers: and scoring four out of five.

Let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?

Here they are, along with the How ToLicense and video …

I’ll leave you with this thought …
“It’s a different outlook, and one that I understand.   When you are a former member of the Warsaw Pact, when you have lived behind the Berlin Wall, when you have experienced the communist systems that existed in these countries, for them, the West represents hope.”

Jean-Pierre Raffarin.
And my generation’s song about the Cold War …

Have a good day.

*        Him, or Steve Austin, Debbi … !   (Oh, they’ve just had a fascinating piece about dystopias†, on Radio Four’s Today programme: complete with writer and critic, Kim Newman.   He did a book called Drachenfels, for Games Workshop, which was great fun!)

†        In the like of the release of <>Mad Max: Fury Road<>.   Which looks like it’s going to be a) fun and b) Tom Hardy’s career making movie!
