Right …
I’m officially back at work, today: on a 2pm ’til 8pm shift.
Which is always an odd one, frankly.
Mostly because it’s at an odd time.
Too late to be a daytime shift, and too early to be a nighttime one.
Or — and with thanks to Terry Pratchett for introducing me to the phrase — it’s too long for Dick, and too short for Richard.
Oy, veh … !
