The Daily Teaser — 2-4-2016

That’s a thought … Did I tell you I’ve got a fourth generation Apple TV?

I didn’t … ?

I do.

And I have to admit, the fact you can get the odd game for it … ?

Is rather good.

Especially when you consider Sega have recently released Sonic The Hedgehog for the device.

That, and the fact the hard to find — up until now — Sulk, by the Associates, has finally been released on iTunes?

Has made my weekend.

Now …

Has someone got an Apple TV compatible game controller going begging?

I THINK I’m going to need one …

But let’s move on, shall we?

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Olga* putting in her answers: scoring seven out of seven, in the process.

Let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?

Here they are, along with the How ToLicense and video …

Q1) 2nd April marks International Children’s Book Day.   The date was chose as it marked the birth of whom: Anna Sewell, P. L. Travers or Hans Christian Andersen?
Q2) That writer’s bibliography notably contains books on what theme: horses, nannies or fairy tales?
Q3) 2nd April, 1792, saw the Coinage Act passed.   Which county’s Mint did the act set up?
Q4) Britain’s first Panda crossing was opened: on 2nd April, 1962.   Outside which London station?

Q5) That same day — 1st April, 2004 — saw which small English town jokingly twinned with Barcelona?

I’ll leave you with this thought …
“I was very tall and very plain - I wasn’t going to get very far on looks - so I thought I’d better be the funny girl.”
Penelope Keith, born 2nd April, 1940.
And this nod to Banarama co-founder, Keren Woodward …

Have a good day … !

*        You’re right, of course, Olga: a sense of irony’s ALWAYS handy … !   Hang on, incidents?   Sounds ominous … !   (Oh, did I mention Sonic the Hedgehog? Remind me not to get TOO distracted … )
