Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 1-9-2024 — Alberta.

1st September, 2024: Alberta.

It’s officially Sunday!

And the first of the month!

I’m …

You know, the older I get, the harder it is to get excited by stuff: but … ?

At least I know it’s getting nearer to mid November: when series two of Silo starts airing.

The set design on that show is very impressive!

Here’s a quote …

From the Wikipedia entry on Alberta.
And a song …

Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.

Decisions about scores are final.

Thank you for coming: have a good day.

*        Hello, Mum!   See you later!

Oh, they were fascinating, when I saw them, Debbi: my Uncle Brian and Aunty Thelma had one, when I was young.
It wasn’t as impressive as the first TV remote I saw: that just let you change the channel, or the volume, but it more impressive than pushing a button!
(Hopefully, today’s answers are short: but there’s no more ten question sets for the rest of September.)

Well, I am back. It's been pretty intense and busy, but we've survived to tell the tale, more or less. I think it will take me some time to catch up (although I think I'll take things as they come). I don't have a class with Jordi until the 16th because he is going to be away, so that should give me a bit of time to plan things and check materials. And the radio is off now until the 12th, although then it will be back to usual, and not all day every day, supposing things carry on as usual. (We have tests and things to do for my mother, but they're a few weeks away yet).
Nice to be back.
