The Daily Teaser — 29-2-2016

Hmmm …

Well that’s the Oscars done with for another year.

I’ve just had a quick look at the winners list, over on the BBC’s news site.

And have to admit, it’s nice to see Mad Max: Fury Road has done well, even though it’s not won Best Film: or one of the other big five.

Speaking as a science fiction fan?   That’s disappointing.

Although, yes …

I’m VERY aware there’s other things to complain about.

But let’s move on, shall we?

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Olga* and Debbi† putting in their answers: with both scoring six out of six.

Let’s see how everyone does with today’s quadrennial‡ questions, shall we?

Here they are, along with the How To, License and Video …

Q1) 29th February occurs in every leap year.   In other words, it happens once every how many years: three, four or five years?

A6) April.
I’ll leave you with this thought …
“I do an awful lot of crap, but if it’s not immoral, I don’t mind. I’m a workaholic.”
Joss Ackland, born, 29th February, 1929.
And this tune, from birthday boy, Khaled …

Have a good night.

*        Oh, I can remember Soap, Olga: although my mum watched more of it, than I.   And if that’s the case … ?   Spanish politics sounds only slightly worse than the UK’s … !   Did you ever see some of the old PG Tips ads?   I can never see Prime Minister’s Questions without think of chimp’s tea parties …

†        Is it just me, Debbi, or has David Duchovny had some work done … ?   I keep wondering if he’s over done the Botox, when I see him in this …

‡        You know, there’s time’s I’m glad 29th February is only once every four years.   But then find myself staring at SOME dates and thinking “This one’s got not a lot to write about …”
