Well, boilers are a theme in my life. I had changed mine in England not long before I moved, my mother had to get the one here changed a few years back, and we also had to change the one in the little mobile home that we have now sold just before the COVID debacle or thereabouts (and, of course, that one was only ever used a few weeks in the summer, so although it was old in years, it hadn't seen much use). Fortunately, it wasn't anything serious, and it only required some minor adjustments. As we'd had a problem with the kitchen tap for quite a while, we got that changed as well, so let's hope it all works for the best.
I did hear from the director of the radio station, and the event has been moved to the 7th of May, so I'll be busy that day instead. I have something booked already for next Friday (it's a play about the first case of a doctor taken to court in Spain for euthanasia, and he is actually the one talking about the case and inviting people to give their verdict, so I'm sure it will be fascinating).
I hope you get all your shopping done.
