There’s times I like my job … and then there’s times my job serves up a bad evening … !
Last night was one of those.
Frankly, we’re had a seriously snotty customer in: one of the teenagers that can be a trial for anyone in the fast-food industry.
Doesn’t excuse the way I handled it: which was badly, I should add.
Normally, I don’t get that unprofessional. In fact, I think it’s the first time I’ve lost my temper at a customer for about a decade.
But still …
