Frankly?   For those of us concerned that the #Brexit process could be going faster, that’s a day wasted: on Tory party politics, rather than the important stuff.

I’ve got to look into the Job centre, today.

Which is nice.

Yes: there’s a reason.

Something that’s come up from a couple of jobs?   Is there simple refusal to grant me an interview … without photographic ID.

I can appreciate that.   No employer wants to run afoul of immigration law, by inadvertently hiring an illegal immigrant.

But bloody awkward if you don’t actually have any!

Thankfully?

Thankfully, though, the Job Centre’s happy to fund a new Provisional Driving License for me.

One of the modern ones that come with a photo.

That should help.

So long as I fill in the form that tells them where to putt the money … !

†        It’s extremely posh, Debbi!   The actual shop had lord knows how many varieties of tea: with no sign of your supermarket stuff!   It was all in huge containers behind the counter: about the only other place I could compare it two is Inderwick’s in Carnaby Street.   The place smells incredible!   (Oh, keep your eyes on your email … !)
