Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 14-1-2024 — World Logic Day.

14th January, 2024: World Logic Day.

Right … it’s Sunday.

A day I’m expecting to be quiet, peaceful … and possibly slightly boring!

We’ll have to see, there.

At any rate … ?

I’ve posted my written and video reviews of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle: Mutant Mayhem, last night.

Feel free to have a look at them.

Let’s move on, shall we?

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Mum*, Olga† and Debbi‡ putting in their answers: with Olga and Debbi scoring five out of five, and Mum on four.

Let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?

Here they are, along with the How To, License and video.

Here’s a thought …

“If the world were a logical place, men would ride side saddle.”
Rita Mae Brown.

And a song …

Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.

Decisions about scores are final.

Thank you for coming: have a good day.

*        Hello, Mum!

†        Oh, that it is, Olga.   Strange thing is, you might have caught her Radio 2 show, while you were here: she an occasionally thing called The Eternal Jukebox.   (She was quite a one for Techno, as well: but I’m guessing you’re not a fan … ?)
Either way, you’re right: it’s one hell of a loss!

‡        That she was, Debbi: she was Radio 1’s longest serving DJ, and very knowledge about various shades of Techno.   Turns out her last show was December, ’23 … !   Ye gods, the woman lasted!
Easy rhythms sounds like a good idea!   (Would “Jump Around” help?)

Q1) 2019

Q2) UNESCO

Q3) reasoning

Q4) a logician

Q5) arguments
You're right. I am not sure I heard the whole programme, but I definitely heard it mentioned on Radio 2. It is like everything: there are some techno songs I quite like, but it isn't my usual choice. (These days I am not a fan of much of what is played, at leat not the modern stuff, but there are some songs I like. Because I tend to use Text to speech and listen to books while I'm doing things around the house I don't listen to much radio, other than Sants 3 Ràdio these days.
