The Daily Teaser - 13-4-2012

Oooh … Now that’s caught my attention … !

Now, I’ve got to admit that, while I’m not a huge fan, I’ve been getting more and more fond of German electronic band, Kraftwerk, over the years.

I don’t know if they were a huge influence on the British music scene.

But I do know people like John Foxx, OMD, and various others, have all admitted they’re had an impact.

So it’s quite nice to know they’ve not got a gig just anywhere.

Oh, no …

They’ve bagged one in the Museum of Modern Art, in New York.

Good for them.

Let’s get moving on, shall we … ?

Oh … And just as I’ve mentioned Kraftwerk …

*        I’ve got to admit, I really don’t know that much about either, Debbi: well … beyond having a copy of Eat It, as a youngster …

º        Just a half, I’m afraid, Debbi: the version of the flag with an Irish component didn’t appear until 1801 …

I think you'd really like both of them. Especially "Weird Al." I'll have to dig up some "Weird Al" and post it, just for fun. :)

Wait! I already did. It's my most popular post ever: http://mackthewriter.wordpress.com/2010/04/28/celebrating-weird-al/
