I have to admit, I saw a little bit of sad news, yesterday.

Florian Schneider, co-founder of Kraftwerk, died yesterday.

I wasn’t a huge fan: OMD were more my thing.

But … ?

A significant chuck of my collection has his name on the cover, somewhere …

*        I am definitely looking forward to it, Olga!   Not having a release date’s a definite pain, though!    I’m going to be watching a LOT more movies, I think … and possibly dig up The Mandalorian!   Oh, and Penny Dreadful: City of Angels!   I think I’ve recognised what the Santa Muerte character is wearing: it’s an old fashioned mantilla, the headscarf, with a really complicated comb!   (I came across the word, years ago: it was for a quiz question, wouldn’t you know it!)

‡       Hitchcock?   Why thank you, Debbi!   Although I don’t think he’d’ve known what to do with a pyraminx, if you told him!   At any rate?   The Seventh Seal’s one heck of a film!   Complete with Max von Sydow.   He played Liet-Kynes in David Lynch’s Dune, by the bye.   Sharon Duncan-Brewster, the woman playing the character in the upcoming remake, has one hell of a pair of shoes to fill.   (Turns out she was in The Waters of Mars!)
